Neal, is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, attended Georgia Southern University and served in the United States Marine Corp. Neal spent his earlier years in commercial aviation and joined the family business in 1997. He began his tenure in the business representing a small remanufactured engine company then moved to a Regional Manager position in 1998. He then moved to account representative to NAPA Auto Parts position in 2004.

Neal is now the senior NAPA account manager and oversees two divisions for the company in Datalink and Sunbelt Marketing.
