Darrell Wade currently serves as the Senior Director of Organic Growth working from the Atlanta office. With 26 years of experience at NAPA, Darrell has collaborated with numerous principals across various categories. He is Black Belt certified by Delta Associates in Business Insights and Fact-Based Solution Selling, leveraging this expertise to provide manufacturers and customers with data-driven analytics to grow their businesses.
Darrell began his aftermarket career in 1991 and joined N.A. Williams in 1999, initially working from the Indianapolis office. In 2003, he relocated to Atlanta to join the NAPA headquarters team. Darrell studied Business Management and Administration at Indiana University. He is actively involved in the industry, serving on the Auto Care Association Manufacturer’s Rep Council and participating in various committees, including the Market Intelligence Committee and the AAIA’s Next Generation Club . In 2011, Darrell earned the Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) designation, and in 2014, he achieved the Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) designation from Northwood University’s University of the Aftermarket.
Darrell and his wife Nancy have been married since 1987 and have three daughters.
