Starting his career as an automotive technician, Roger received a degree from Mankato Technical College and proceeded to earn his degree in both Engineering & Teaching from University of Minn. He continued his passion for the industry by becoming a collegiate automotive instructor and eventually patenting three tools.

Roger is an ASE Master Technician in all areas.

Roger’s experience teaching and technical ability led him to work for several top-tier manufacturers as a Technical Service Engineer/ Instructor (T.R.W, Champion Spark Plugs, Cooper Ind. & Federal-Mogul Corp.
