Trina Rickman joined NA Williams as part of the Datalink team in 2015. She began as a lead generator and in 2020 she moved into a Customer Support Associate role. Trina handles the customer service requests for Bosch, Robinair, and Champion Compressors for the Tech Sales division. Trina has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, which help her provide an outstanding customer experience. Trina resides in Adairsville, GA with her husband Donovan and their 5 sons. In her spare time, she can be found at sporting events with her very active children, or watching UGA college football. Go Dawgs!!
