Olivia Droney Newton Honored with Northwood University Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award

ATLANTA, Ga. – Sept. 01, 2025 –  Olivia Droney Newton, senior vice president of category management and business insights for N.A. Williams, has been named a recipient of the 2025 Northwood University Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award in recognition of her support of educational initiatives and learning within the aftermarket. Droney Newton will receive her award on Nov. 4 at the annual Northwood University awards luncheon.

A three-year N.A. Williams associate, Droney Newton was recently promoted to her current position, where she leads N.A. Williams’ data and category management initiatives, collaborating with suppliers and customers to create new and innovative insights. A dedicated and active member of the industry, she currently serves on the executive board for Women in Auto Care and previously held the position of chair. Droney Newton has contributed her insights and leadership to committees within the Auto Care Association, including the Category Management Committee and the Market Intelligence Committee. She is also a supporter of the Auto Care Association’s Political Action Committee (ACPAC) and the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, and was recognized as a 2016 winner of the Auto Care Association’s Impact Four for the Future Award.


The Northwood University Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award is presented annually to industry leaders across the country who have made noteworthy contributions to education, on any level, inside or outside of the industry.
