Olivia Droney Newton Honored with Two Awards During 2025 AAPEX

ATLANTA, Ga. – Nov. 01, 2025 – Olivia Droney Newton, senior vice president of category management and business insights for N.A. Williams, received two of the aftermarket’s most prestigious awards during the 2025 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) held earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Droney Newton received the 2025 Northwood University Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award in recognition of her support of educational initiatives and learning within the aftermarket. The Northwood University award is given annually to industry leaders throughout the country who have made noteworthy contributions to education, on any level, inside or outside of the industry.
Droney Newton was also presented with the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Women in Auto Care association. The Women in Auto Care awards annually recognize exceptional women and companies driving the automotive aftermarket forward, celebrating leadership, achievement, and advocacy across the industry.
A three-year N.A. Williams associate, Droney Newton was recently promoted to her current position, where she leads N.A. Williams’ data and category management initiatives, collaborating with suppliers and customers to create new and innovative insights. A dedicated and active member of the industry, she currently serves on the executive board for Women in Auto Care and previously held the position of chair. Droney Newton has contributed her insights and leadership to committees within the Auto Care Association, including the Category Management Committee and the Market Intelligence Committee. She is also a supporter of the Auto Care Association’s Political Action Committee (ACPAC) and the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, and was recognized as a 2016 winner of the Auto Care Association’s Impact Four for the Future Award.
